About the Author
Jade Krauss Thornton
was born in East Tennessee and then headed to Tampa, FL for college,
where she competed in national fitness competitions and won Miss
Tampa Fitness, as well as doing fitness modeling for the Home
Shopping Network. Then she moved back to East Tennessee, where
she worked as a fitness trainer at Pilot Company Corporate Headquarters.
Jade loves all aspects of fitness, but she has a special place
in her heart for the inactive. She believes fitness is for every
individual. Jade was born again as
a Christian in 1997 and realized her athleticism was a gift from
God, and she wants to share her gift through helping others.
Jade started her company, You Can Do Fitness, in
1997 and always wanted to write an inspirational book with daily
workout videos featuring fitness for anyone desiring to be healthier.
Now her new aspirations are to use social media as a platform
for reaching the inactive and to work with individuals in her
new gym. Jades ultimate goal is to share with the world
that You Can Do Fitness through inspiration, motivation, and
belief in yourself.
