Lovett Reed enlisted in the North Carolina
troops under Captain Nelson, Lieutenant Charles Hughes and Ensign
McBride. He lived in Guilford County, N.C. at the beginning of
the Revolution and moved to Caswell County during the war. The
second edition of this genealogy contains 34 percent more data
than the first edition. A comprehensive index of all individuals
is provided for ease of reference. |
