About the Author: Penelope was born in Manhattan, New York, and now lives in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Being a mother of three girls and a guardian of six, and having a degree in Infant and Child care from Saint Mary’s Hospital for Children, she has a broad knowledge of the care of children. As a member of the United States Marine Corps, she traveled the world.
All of these experiences led to her writing easy-reading learning books for children and adults.
